Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Perfume Garage, we value our customers and aim to provide only authentic and high-quality perfumes. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase, as we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.


2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • If you change your mind after purchase (within 5 days of delivery).
  • If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery (must be reported on the same day of delivery).

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

❌ Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange.


3. Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
  • Claims made after the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

4. Courier & Shipping Charges

  • For change of mind exchanges, the customer must pay:
    • The courier charge to return the product to us.
    • The courier charge for the replacement parcel.
  • For damaged/defective items, return courier charges may be waived if verified and approved by our team.

5. Process for Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support via phone / WhatsApp / email within the allowed time frame.
    • Damaged items: same day of delivery.
    • Other exchanges: within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photo evidence (if damaged).
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Send the item back to us using a traceable courier service.
  5. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement product.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or seals.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
